The Art of Resistance: 25 Years of Art & Agit-Prop by vagabond was curated by Ana Hilda Figueroa de Jesús and Tontxi Vazquez at Taller Boricua from May 24 to July 27, 2024. Since 1998, vagabond has dedicated a vast amount of his writing, art, and filmmaking talents to the Puerto Rican independence movement. This show collected 25 years worth of his art and agit-prop. Along with other individuals and community organizations, he launched a graffiti tagging agit-prop campaign that grew to large scale murals. The only surviving mural is the ALBIZU / CHE, also known as the DOS ALAS mural on 106th st at El Barrio, NYC.
